 Healthy Steps in Motion -Tuesdays& Fridays 09:00AM +Tuesdays& Thursdays at 2:15PM
 
Stretching, Walking, Flexibility and Strength Excercises

 Walking Club - Mondays - 08:40 AM
 Join The Group for a walk (Meets at the Peak Center First)

 Yoga- Wednesdays at 8:45 AM
 Learn the benefits of, stretching, relaxation, and breathing excercises

 Total Body Toning - Wednesdays 10:15 AM
  Slower paced exercise to increase flexibility, strength, and balance

 Tai Chi - Mondays at 5:00 PM & Tuesdays at 10:15 AM
 Reinforces balance, coordination, flexability, and mental concentration
  
 
Golf - Monday Through Fridays 9:00AM at Twin Woods Golf Course Hatfield.
 Golf - Ladies league Wednesdays 7:00 - 9:30 AM (Check newsletter for rates)

 Bowling - Tuesdays at 12:30 PM at Earl Bowl
                 Thursdays at 12:30 at Facienda Whitaker E. Norriton

 YMCA -Older Adult Strength Training -Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays - 9:00 AM  -10:00 AM (Check the YMCA for cost of this program for Peak Center Members)

 YMCA -Senior Water Shape Up-Fridays - 10:30 AM- 11:15 AM
  Gentle but stimulating water excercises for people 65 or older. For more information
  contact the North Penn YMCA at Lansdale. NOTE: Members of the Peak center can swim at the   YMCA for a per session fee. Check with the YMCA for the cost.
